Fairly clean, excellent value hotel, the location was peaceful and perfect adjacent to the old town of Florence, centre of city, and a very quiet and beautiful residential area. Got brand-new, modern room with a GREAT breakfast.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

The cute staff efficiently assisted me with my work-related needs, ensuring smooth access to meeting facilities. The breakfast featured freshly baked pastries, assorted fruit, and rich Italian coffee, made for a great start to each day. The charming gardens provided a peaceful atmosphere.
The air conditioning was all or nothing, causing discomfort.

The spaciousness of the room and bathroom was excellent, as was the location (only 25 minute walk from Ponte Vecchia). Staff were friendly, helpful, and even kept the continental breakfast open an extra half hour for us. Also, free WiFi and parking. Overall, very good service.

Indulged in the nearby Guafa Pizzeria, where the wood-fired pizza is a flavor bomb! Plus, the lovely gardens made for a peaceful escape after stuffing my face. The staff were also superstars, always ready to help.
Still, it's a fab spot for Florence vibes.
